The
Automated Functional NeuroImaging program is free software developed
by Robert Cox, now at NIH. It runs as a freestanding program on
a variety of Unix platforms. Both source code and binary executables
are available for download. Note,
however, that to go through our
preprocessing
tutorial, you'll also want programs that reconstruct and rename
your raw files, a script to convert the afni files into MGH's preferred
format (afnireg2bshort), the MGH programs and, to run the MGH programs,
Matlab. For some of these files, go
here.
If you want to try afni out without worrying about all the other
programs necessary for preprocessing, download the files from the
Block
Analysis area and consult the
Block
Analysis Tutorial.
